How long will it take to get my piece?

Most pieces are made-to-order and take around 4-6 weeks to complete. If a piece is readily in stock, it will be shipped out immediately and typically will arrive after 7-10 business days.

How do you package the piece?

Each piece is tightly packaged in thick, dense foam in custom-size cardboard boxes according to the size of the vase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping! Our website only supports automatic shipping fee calculation within Canada and the USA.

*Shipments to Europe, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East must be arranged directly through us at solemceramics@gmail.com.

Do you sell in any physical stores?

Not at the moment, however, we host seasonal studio sales in Toronto, ON where you can find Solem’s flawed works and prototypes. Stay in the loop of the next event by following our Instagram.
